My boyfriend is currently being held in a county jail waiting to be extradited back to the county that his warrant is in. How long will it take for him to get extradited?
totally dependant on his lawyer and on how much money they can get out of him. I am serious about this. It is all about money.
If he has little or no money, it will be quick. If he has loads, it could take years. They won't let him go as long as they can squeeze a dollar out of him.

All depends on his crime and the extradition warrant. The more serious the crime the faster his deportation. Sorry.

It depends on your state and how far apart the county's are. In Ohio if the counties are next to each other, they dint need a hearing. They usually just drop him off the next day. If its farther they have a hearing. If he doesn't fight it it will usually be the next business day. Then its just up to the county to come and pick him up
